Permits still have to go through the Ft. mcmurray lands office.
The office staff has gone from 11 to one land use person who litteraly has hundereds of applications on her desk. Personally i have been sitting on some sme applications in the area  for years waiting for conditions from Ab Gov.I wouldn't hold your breath until October it might take alot longer than that.Only large oil companies in the Ft. mcmurray area seem to be able to get from SME to SML to Surface mineral extraction in a matter of weeks .The rules don't apply to them.ABM better have some really good connections in the legislature if they want to jump the que.If not shareholders will become impatient and share price will continue to fall.IMHO
