The Fund seeks a high level of current income with a focus on capital preservation. The Fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80 percent of its assets in income producing fixed-income securities. This is a non-fundamental investment policy that the Fund's Board can change upon 60 days prior notice to shareholders. Income producing securities generally include corporate debt securities, mortgage-related securities, asset-backed securities, government securities (both U.S. government securities and foreign sovereign debt), and preferred stocks. The Fund will engage in frequent and active trading as part of its principal investment strategies.

Hard to believe that after the best PR we ever had and another Wi-Lan deal just two weeks ago and the PAN-3DGo launching almost 3 months ago (no news yet at all), we have nothing to talk or discuss, the door is closed again,not strange anymore.

Yesterday`s volume was the lowest in a very long time and overall it has dropped, meaning like I have suggested that all the accumulation was done till early April.
Since then even though BEACON has traded 14.500.000 shares thay are almost even.
Only TD since then shows accumulation of 4.350.000 at 0.284.

Still can`t believe that none of the Analysts asked the question of why since Sept 30th 2013 till July 8th the release of the LG PR 114.000.000 were traded and since only 6.500.000,that includes the Wi-Lan-Sony deal and almost 3 months of PAN-3DGo potential revenues, I imagine the Company does not have a clue either as of why people will buy with no news at all but will not buy with excellent news, unless Rumors and Leaks should qualify as betters PRs than the actual ones.
Everything is in place according to them, everybody is taken care off, a bit at the time the warrants are being exercised and they are busy enough to not entertain anything new till the end of the year ( as they proclaim), again unless they forgot to tell us something that may pop up at anytime.
