So Laing/EGX paid for that great article about himself?

On the buyout amount, you aren't looking at it the right way - Acquirers don't look at the absolute share price - They look at total market cap or total acquisition price - So EGX is more expensive than INV and for the other reasons mentioned, in my mind there is WAY more upside for INV 

And I wouldn't get your hopes up for a $1.00 buyout because it's INSANE - that would be a ~1,500.00% premium to current share price - I've never seen an acquirer pay that kind of premium for any company (have you?) - Even a fraction 1/30th of that premium - like a 25-50% premium is rare and would be considered a success for any company...
