Is Fonda too Flakey??????????

Is Fonda too Flakey??????????Its known that the Canadian Government has issued 13 licenses. A supposedly knowledgable source,Ivan Ross, claims that an additional 25 ready to build letters have also been issued. Ivan Ross interview claims that 25 ready to build licenses have been issued in addition to the 13 licenses If that is correct it indicates that Folium is no better than number 38 in line with no knowledge about when that line will close either for the year or otherwise. I am not impressed especially considering the hype about Folium supposedly being a highly respected and well connected player in the industry. We can only hope and try to keep our hopes under control, always remembering that the Folium adventure is the brainchild of Stephen Stares . I can only wonder if the Folium adventure may be more a matter of knee jerk management, than carefully planned exercise in business logistics.
