Since the mill and open pit have all been built prior to the May/14 finanicals, we should be seeing a reasonable reflection of the true all in costs wouldn't you say?  I mean the mill has been in operation (off and on) for at least 4 years as a BGM operation and many years by prior owners... and the BL pit was pre cleared at end of 2013 so we should be getting close to long term cost measures.

BTW, boss, what is your estimate for the May/2014 all in costs?  I'm at $2400 and Halcro is at $3000.  My figure is just a seat of the pants guess as I haven't taken the time to work out past per quarter all in costs to establish a reasonable baseline. I may do that but not today...
