RE:2nd Qtr. Earnings Good V/S BadA reverse split does not dilute stock.  It cosolodates allocated shares, turning a small calued penny stock into a higher valued penney stock....In my opion this would just create a more prolonged downward slide and no value or benefit.  I'm well under water on this and see no way to recover unless exceptional results come about and the money is used to dramatically pay down debt.  Borrowing more to drill for similar results is foolish and would mark the death of this company.  Sadly, this scheme may just not have paid off.....hence, the reason it's on the venture exchange.
