In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Concerns about the Stock Price?

For those who are waiting for an update in order for the stock price to take off, if you didn't notice today we have a massive order at $.335

If you want the stock price to begin its lift off, just buy more. I just purchased another 9,000 today at $0.34

I believe this is a great purchase price as I think that massive order at $0.335 is the company buyback price, upped from their original $0.315

If you believe the news (coming soon) will set the price off upwards, you should just buy all you can right now; wouldn't you? I know I've spent every last dollar I had in my trading account. I'm actually thinking of selling off a couple picks in trade for a few more shares of PTA. If we stay below $0.35 within the week I know I'll be buying again.

TD has a target of $0.60, yeah it's a SPEC BUY but we're looking at a sweet little takeover target now.
