The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:33.5 to 34….Due respect Winter but, to paraphrase Chris Rock, 'you be crack a lackin.' There is no basis in fact to support a change in market sentiment sufficient to land us 35-40% ahead on share price by December. With a rollback imminent after the November AGM, share price is more likely to drop, chewing away at any gains made between now and then. We will be doing well to enter December at par, or $3.50, depending on how quickly the rollback is executed. I'm pegging sp at $0.43 +/- 10%. That is probably a generous assessment unless someone makes a big move between now and then.This is not say price will languish infinitely. I think we'll exceed the TD target price by Q3 2015. Still a long way to go though. I'd really love for you to be right on this but I don't see it.
