Focus Graphite Inc. is a Canada-based advanced exploration company, which is focused on developing high grade flake graphite deposits to supply battery grade graphite. The Company's projects include Lac Knife and Lac Tetepisca. Its flagship Lac Knife Project is a 100% owned, high-grade crystalline flake graphite deposit located in northeastern Quebec, about 27 kilometers (kms) south of Fermont. The Lac Knife project is comprised of the Lac Knife property plus an isolated block of 12 CDC claims located 11 kms to the north of the Lac Knife property on NTS sheet 23B-11 (Montagne-aux-Bouleaux property). Well possible that you're right !

My recent knowledge was that Panasonic once stated it would only sign an agreement with Tesla if it could remain to be sole producer of Tesla batteries.

In my understanding this would include that Panasonic is going to manufacture the batteries - and Tesla is reponsible to produce the cars.

In my personal view of things I did interpret this as a possibility that Tesla is going to build the ground and facility and everything around and might lease it to Panasonic in order they can manufacture the batteries in the same area.

Probably it doesn't make much difference in relevance to FMS. Either they will be chosen to deliver the graphite - or someone else (maybe Northern Graphite) will do it.

I bet my house, my car and my red wine stock that it will be FMS to serve first  :-)
