The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Examples of peers and their share price.Thanks for providing the link and excerpt for the conference call Mrpanick. Here are few oil companies, their S/O, share price and boed.

CQE         210 MM        $2.15         11 M boed
CKE         214 MM        $2.33         9.7 M boed
DEE         155 MM        $3.95         10 M boed

Now keep in mind if  PTA consolidates 10 to 1 they will have around 86 MM shares. Compared to above companies with the S/O and 9 MM boed they should be around $6 to $7 per share. GL
