The Golden Lake Property, located adjacent to the western border of concessions owned by Minera Newmont Chile Ltda, overlies a portion of the Pollux Gold District which hosts a series of eroded gold-silver bearing veins.

re: CSS going too cheap...IIIt was Badger Daylighting that Hodson was referring to & that I forgot the name of, that was in a similiar situation as CSS where the shareholders of BAD including Norman Levine (guest on BNN who voted no & the stock of BAD went north of $100. at that time.

He also said that in this environment you have a stock whose earnings are just starting to ramp up & a 4% dividend & you are selling out for $15.? It doesn't make sense. He feels that CSS is worth $18. next yr or so w/o the takeover.

Do we have any significant/high-profile shareholder that is not happy with the price?
