  Has the PM responded to our request to collect the arbitration award? Are we trying to settle with the govn't for the license? It's been a long couple of years. Is the light at the end of the tunnel? Or are we still stuck in the mud?

The process is still ongoing and there is nothing I can disclose at this point.  We are still proceeding with negotiations and the collections process regardless of the government of KG response.
