Yes, the sept 2013 news was definitely Air Peace. I found a reference to their fleet which still is just the 4 737s of the original order.

So, I am wondering why this amended contract did not warrant a PR (yet), since the original ,smaller contract did. Also, all seven units have now been installed, pretty fast for this industry.

I am also wondering why their are no STCs on Flyht's website for the Dornier 328, not even an indication that they have applied for them.
