If you stopped to think for a moment they went after the high grade in the bulk sample to make some money off the gold rather than take a sample that was representative of the entire deposit IE 7.6 g/t for metallurgical testing. Going after the highest grade material early can help to pay off debt now - but it may leave you with a lower grade portion later in mining that will not make a profit.
