correct me if I'm wrong but for their govt to nationalize the mine they would have to BUY it for an equitable sum. The reason why they have not done this yet is because they don't have any money.... Even if they did come across a loan to buy the mine, this is a lengthy process and we would be able to take claim to shares equal to our Arb award before they can nationalize it. This is a non-issue and think we should stop trying to turn it into one...
