there is a need, not that I am pro for it because I've been in that position. but one way or another it will be regulated. If you're young or relatively young you know how many people get caught having weed in their car, smoking in a parking lot, driving and having a spliff, or even if you hopped outside your car smoke a big blunt and hope in your car you still smell. cops would love to generate more money by giving tickets, having cars impounded and having more court dates. court dates means jail which keeps the system going. even if you don't have weed or you have a previous record of possession, they will say it smells like it and search your car. If they can't give you a charge for posession, they would more than love to road side suspension your ass. look out
