CENOVUS CEO has expressed an interest in a Crude-by-Rail Terminal. Is it CANEXUS? My guess is yes. Its ripe for outside interests. See Wall Street Journal. And with Cenovus rolling in excess cash - CUS is gonna pop tomorrow.
