Do you know where this Maha Energy listed and what is the current share price of Maha? They used USD$1.25/share used to raise $10M closed in May which is pretty old. I wanted to calculate the premium PXL shareholders will be geting based on the current share price of Maha. They mentioned 52% premium based on May financing price which might have increased or decreased.

Please let me know have this info.
