Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees) operated in New Zealand and Empresa de Telecomunicaciones NuevaTel (PCS de Bolivia), S.A. (NuevaTel) operated in Bolivia. Both these segments provided a variety of wireless voice and data communications services, including local, international long distance and roaming services. The services were provided to subscribers on both a postpaid and prepaid basis.

The Advisory Committee meeting September 18 & 19 was only mentioned as delaying a meeting on Natesto BID until October or November. If it has any effect on partnership negotiations Rossi did not say. Regardless of the AC outcome Rossi seems to say they want to sign a partnership as soon as possible, so my guess is it is not a factor.
