RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:E signs LOI to buy Service Company in Fort St.JohnI wrote to Des O'Kell today and part of his response he stated "we are not contemplating a share offering" regarding my question on financing the acquisition.  

Hopefully more light will be shed in September if/when the acquisition is complete.
