RE:Arbitration

RE:ArbitrationExtremely informative and gives some sense of confidence in investments going forward as well as investing more. That was impressive research by Sailor8.  I know this is a "shovel ready" project that has quality management and a good backing which would seem like the best path for a government/region to work with in establishing a sustainbable project.  I know the IBRD from past work experiences and I would imagine with their support they would help in the transparency of this sensitive project.

Would anyone of you have a guess why these articles rarely talk about AUX or I may believe the answer is the presence of Sr. Batista.  I agree with the minority investor at OGX, Aurelio Valporto, who is leading the campaign for his activities in Brazil.  Alot of investors lost money via his ventures but if he is the lead person in this process it would be signal that Colombia is seeking less transparency from their companies in key projects.   I have nothing personal wiht Sr. Batista but it would send the wrong signals to instiutional investors.
