This is the problem with this project, only ICL is interested and they are calling all the shots. This deal with ICL was never good for existing shareholders so I was surprised when they recorded that 98% voted in favour. ICL will buy this for no omore than .55 cents a share and they will do it before financing so they won't have to pay market. Never a trust a CEO who has an alltruistic tendancy. He wants to feed Africa, we want to make money. These objectives are at opposite ends to the spectrum and unfortuneately the shareholders will pay the price. too bad for shareholders. good for ICL good for Africa.
