No bubble bursting. I'm basicly saying a slightly lower CAPEX and a slightly higher IRR than what FIP suggested. Although I will wait to see what WG eventually reports, I think the direction is toward a smaller initial production upstart with higher grades. On that note, this would also entail higher CAPEX costs in scaling production higher (ie: bare minimum expenditures at first) but by this time, there will be cash flow to better finance the same. Otherwise, I can not argue in the area of costs. They are, afterall, always increasing.
