Averaging down!

Averaging down!Averaging down very rare works. I think this is the worst investment strategy. I don't know how many people remember when SP was 4.50, 5 Dollars. The losses would be terible for those that started averaging down at that level, hopeing for rebound.
They need partnership badlly, we don't know what the issue is, they've been promising partnership for last 2,3 years, so people don't take them seriouslly.
TID might be the issue, once they get to BID, they will be more appealing.
Plus that confference coming up with FDA, doesn't make things easier.
Number of shares have been climbing almost on daily basis.
EM has to sell so many shares, we all know what it means, so far he sold about 400,000 on free market.
Just anothe opinion, DYODD!
