BCE already owns most of it and is the parent company and they want to take the rest of BA.  News seems to indicate adding BA to BCE will be beneficial and allow for future dividend increases for BCE.

Not saying to do this... but with the cash deal price @ $31, selling at these levels ($30.94) isn't a significant difference to protect yourself from that possibility and at least you get the cash upfront to deploy elsewhere.

2)
Looking on the bullish side there shouldn't be much of a reason for the price to go up further unless a) someone else moves in to bid (not likely since BCE owns a lot of the company already), b) BA majority shareholders want more $$$, but I think they are onboard with existing offer.
