RE:RE:Avanti Mining Issues Shares in Lieu of Cash to RFCIf you're familiar with the mathematical concept called "the limit" you'll understand that "in the limit" we're all the same age.................i.e when I'm 1 and you're 10 you're ten times my age. However, when I'm 1000 and you're 1010, well, there's not much difference in our age. It's the same with Avanti and shares. When RCF is issued shares in lieu of payment, they own more of the company. YOu and I can't keep up. They keep accumulating shares and our position shrinks. So it's like they grow older in my previous example and we don't age. They're 1000 and we're 2 or 3, depending on how much you can grow. Can you grow you're position in Avanti b 63,000,000 shares next week? Probably not. When the rights offering is made and the rollback occurs everybody maintains their relative position as long as you join the offering. If not, you own less. In the end, the more shares issued and you don't buy them the less you own of the company. And, I don't think Avanti will ever buy back shares. This is not a shareholder friendly company. We are baggage. We are like call option holders. If some catalyst bolts the stock higher, take your profits and run; run as fast as you can...........................
