RE:Initial Private Placement......
RE:Initial Private Placement......Hi Biloshi,
I agree about what you’re saying 90% of the time when it comes to financings on the TSX.V and having been involved with the markets for far too many decades I understand what you are saying.
This is one of those rare circumstances where it doesn’t matter as a Sovereign Wealth Fund (in this case Korea) don’t have the same investment time-line, cash needs and turnover of capital as your standard HNWI (Night Net Worth Investor) , Institution , Accredited Investor, or any other investor for that matter.
Governments are here for the long term I.E. 5-10 years as a minimum. The Korean Group is taking the entire placement. What the AMAZING part is this Korean Group is to put up $100,000,000 and drill 97 low risk development wells.
Even if the first 4Mill CDN was placed in the weakest of retail hands (it’s not as the Korean Group is taking it all) with 97 wells being drilled it wouldn’t matter if they sold anyways as this stock will have too much fire-power behind it propelling it into the multi-dollar range regardless if people sold. I hope they sell, so I can buy more.
As I have stated before. This is not your typical company with its typical stock flipper as a financial backer. This is one of those rare case’s that comes along in an investor’s life maybe once or twice where the stars line up like this in our favor. The best part is the deal was announced in the summer so all Fund Managers, Brokers, Market Guys are away and when they come back Sept 3rd to work they will be looking to buy a stock so badly and Wham Petro One will be announcing the closing of the first portion of money with the Korean Group and talking about mobilizing for drilling, the quality of the Oil Targets all dressed up in multiple news releases comming very soon. This is incredible timing for us buying stock now as this stock should be approaching $1 by that point.
That’s not long away my fellow POP holders.
Always do your due-diligence
