RE:RE:Are any debenture holders actually voting for this?

RE:RE:Are any debenture holders actually voting for this?Have you ever considered the possibility that when this deal is voted down as I am confident will be the case that it will be restructurted so that there will be no spinoff which primarily benefits only 3 executives ( who certainly do not deserve to be rewarded) and that the buyer will purchase the entire company and will be releaved of the obligation to buy shares in the spinoff( which I am sure they consider to be a waste of money) and that additional consideration will be paid to the debentureholders as should happen.  Based on what you have said, the value of the common shares is going to zero after the current deal is rejected so if the shareholders get a few crumbs that should be sufficient to please them since their holdings are basically worthless.

I am amazed that someone who claims to have no economic interest in this transaction but has retained an intellectual curiosity in its outcome, keeps posting repeatedly about how the debentureholders will be damaged if they don't approve the current transaction.  It sure sounds like you own a ton of the common and are terrified that your holdings will soon be worth almost nothing.BTW I cannot recall a single instance where the company that was the subject of a takeover has seen its common stock plummet since the transaction was announced.  You apparently don't realize that this transaction which is not likely to be approved has demonstrated how little value there is in the common shares you most certainly own.

I can't wait to see the results of the meeting.
