If Midas wants one, they sign a 10 years contract & we will build & operate it in their backyard.
They will pay us a fee per ton with a minimum of X tons per year guaranteed.

What's so complicated about that?

Right now, the technology is so "proprietorial" that nobody uses it...
That's what you really want??? Runniing test after test...
