If we are just being bought with no further ability to participate in further growth of the field I would want at least 3 dollars per barrel which would equate to 66 million 

if we were given cash plus shares in Acqiuring co it would depend on when the acquisition takes place . I would take a little bit less but not much considering 33 million has been spent already which would have to have been spent in any case ....so even at money spent plus a 1.50 per barrel it's still in the 60 million range.......

Price per share depends on further dilution so tough to nail down
