this ruling has no impact on the Arb decision. If you thought for a second the govt or the courts would play ball, you were delusional. I actually take comfort in this release as it shows stans is not wasting anytime and has started the process to recover the full amount of the damages awarded to us. Ss far as I'm concerned, we need to collect and move on
