Price rating increase

Price rating increaseJust a short note today that TD raised the price rating to 10 of 10 today. I have watched this indicator slowly move from 4 to 6 to 8 and finally 10. Risk is still rated at 1 of 10 (very high) but no fundamentals or relative values ratings on this page. Just reporting some facts.Take it as you will. Still think we need to grab the money and keep it for bargaining chip. Only thing they seem to understand! Keeping my holdings 'in the shoebox' for now.
