My guess is if the Shareholders are going to vote, they'd want to know how much of a hit they'll be enduring.  That said, I can see why voters would opt to wait until last minute to cast their votes...  I'm just curious to see how hard the market beats this down?  Looks like a min 5 to 1 R/S right now to just barely keep off the $1.00 wire. ...  Also, If by chance additional financing is req'd afterwards, then the stock will most likely take another hit so that new shareholders can obtain a larger percentage of the float.
