Incentive Options to New Prez

Incentive Options to New PrezBoD is in La La land if you ask me, granting out of the money options to the soon to be new Ceo at prices of .50 to 2.00 a share. Stock has only traded at over 2 4 a short time during the last 6 years, what kind of incentive is that??? Heck they gave the last COO 500,000 options priced at .30 in Dec 2013 and they let him go and now the new guy gets ones priced at 2 bucks!!! JMHO
