Crazy low price- XME has $$ & news due which may launch it !The seller at 3 cents is nuts ! An institutional investor just bought the last tranche of the private placement at 5 cents after paying 11 cents in the first tranche. Buyers at 3 cents will make $$$ (soon !!!)
