RE:Our Ceo Bill Andrew not responsible for Penn West AccountingBarney: Something just doesn't smell right and never has with this company. It has never been taken seriously.   Why can't this stock break $6.00 anymore? Than after the Penn West accounting mess it goes straight down...Why?  

   I mentioned the Ex: Westfire management starting a new compnay (ELW) Elkwater.
Came out strong around .60/share  Today $1.25 and strong volume. Look at Elkwaters board of directors, some of the most respected people around.  Funny how smart money chases smart companies.

....indeed something smells
