P.S.  Both Wolf and Mr Nicholson are not keen on a JV or any more dilution.  That is why BKX got the Morgan Stanley $100M.  L of C @ 9%.  They have the technology and don't need help from any JV. It may take longer but it all BKX's.  A total buyout or go it alone, was mentioned about a year ago
