Very surprised about the price of this stock. I expect that a lot of people may be selling LRE and buying the newly formed Leucrotta. At this price we get a yield over 8%.
Once everything is settled we should see a nice appreciation. Let's see what the Q2 numbers are.
In the next year we will see significant upside in production and lower cost of finding new reserves. Once the waterflood takes effect we can likely add another 30-50 million BOE of oil to the reserves at a cost of $5-6/BOE.
This is becoming a great story with significant upside potential.
