That every single BC salmon intends spawning in Hazeltine Creek. Given the hyperbole here and in the media, it seems that all the 99.999% of returning salmon seem to have chosen to spawn in Hazeltine Creek rather than the thousands of other pristine ,  unaffected streams and rivers in BC,  that they habitually return to every year.  Sure they mostly come up the Fraser but as any one who has ever seen the Fraser knows ,  the volume of water flowing in the Fraser every minute is equivalent to MILLIONS of olypmic size swimming pools.  The dilution of any slightly contaminated water from the tailings dam is so huge ,  I doubt that the best commercial testing labs in the country could detect the difference.
