("Strata-X" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SXE)(ASX:SXA) are pleased to announce that the Company has retained The Communiqué Group to provide investor relations services in Australia. The Communiqué Group is based in Sydney, NSW, Australia.
Julia Maguire, the Principal of The Communiqué Group, will lead the Strata-X investor relations program. Julia is well known within the Australian natural resources investment community and is well placed to represent the Company in its Asia Pacific Marketing.
Julia has successfully built an extensive network of stakeholders and partners within financial services across Asia, Europe, North America, and the United Kingdom. Her global relationships combined with a strong understanding of the natural resources sector, participants, and trends have enabled her to deliver the right solutions to help clients and partners achieve their strategic business goals.
The Communiqué Group will assist the Company in developing a comprehensive investor relations program for the Australian market as well as the implementation of that plan. The Communiqué Group will also, among other things, assist in developing the Company's profile with the investment community, target and introduce the Company to prospective investors and analysts and manage those ongoing relationships.
The Communiqué Group will provide services on a consulting basis pursuant to the terms of engagement dated July 24, 2014. The Communiqué Group will receive consulting fees totaling AUS$5,000 per month (plus applicable taxes). The initial appointment is for a period of 6 months. Either party may terminate the agreement after three months.
