Exactly what does LTS mean by the deal does not provide optimal value?
They have already seen what Arcan can provide - where is the optimal value in that?

I just don't get it.  What alternatives do they have?  Arcan is drowning in debt.  They are stuck between a rock and a hard spot.  They are going nowhere without some capital restructuring.

I for one am not going to wait around for a sweeter offer to land in our laps because there's not going to be one.   It's now or never IMO.
