Using the Eagle Point model. NexGen should be able to target basement zones withincreased accuracy assuming this model works. Plus, this model also leads into unconformitystyle targets. So far so good, as drilling over the past year has demonstrated success fromrather large step outs. In fact the best hole of the winter drill program was a 195m step out.Basement mineralization at Eagle Point doesn't necessarily come as shallow as theunconformity, but where it does, things get interesting. Directly uptrend from Eagle PointMine is the high grade Collins Bay unconformity deposit. Unconformity deposits occur at theinterface of basement rocks and overlying sandstone - and they tend to be the highest gradeof all uranium deposits. Think McArthur River, Cigar Lake and Phoenix. Arrow has overlyingsandstone while PLS does not. NexGen will make attempt to track uranium up dip and upplunge towards the sandstone, hoping that mineralization blows out at that spot. Dravite ispresent up to 70% locally at Arrow, and this is a mineral typically known to have come fromhydrothermal fluids and is used to find unconformity deposits.
