The 8,280,000 common shares sold represent about 7.5% increase in the share float.
This is not a huge dillution.
Advancing a mine to production takes a lot of money and it has to come from somewhere.
Juniors burn cash until they are taken over or become productive mines.
This is simple reality.
RQ is a top flight manager and one of the main reasons I like PVG.
I don't second guess management decisions.
