Low-ball Prices

Low-ball PricesThere is no news justifying these low-ball prices.  Even if there was news of some delay in certification, it wouldn't justify these prices.  There is every reason to expect certification is fast approaching.  The only news justifying these low-ball prices would be news of a total failure of the certification process, and that is not the news we have.  That is why I bought more shares even today. Two months ago Q wasn't in nearly as strong a position fundamentally as it is today, yet two months ago the s/p was in the .70's.  I think these low prices are resulting from unwarranted retail s/h panic.  The very low volume is also consistent with this theory.

On another related topic, the value of Q isn't so much in volume sales as in proprietary technology reaching certification.  I have always assumed that some Tier 1 company will eventually want to buy out the proprietary technology, but I see certification as critical to that process.  Some Tier 1 company will have the resources to better manufacture, promote and sell these products.  Naturally, in the interim, Q needs to try selling as much as they can with their limited manufacturing capacity.  Ultimately, with tariff restrictions abounding, eventually Q rooftop products need to be manufactured at tariff-free locations.
