RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Perpetual Energy eanr $2.54-million in Q2 Sham, I am not saying that I disagree with you, however, the price of nat gas keeps the sp down.  nat gas can't trade at 3 bucks and PMT trade at 6 bucks their NAV.  The market sees this which is why PMT is trading now where near their NAV.

PMT has awesome assets yes but what they generate does not give them premium cash flow.  It is like driving the most expensive car which is worth a million bucks but you get 1 mpg on it.  until a mpg is worth a million bucks the car sucks. lol

the price of what they sell nat gas for is the most important thing to CF. Until that changes they can do all sorts of things to boost the share price and claim that NAV should be 3 times higher etc.

I have made a lot of money with PMT,  I am not whinning or complaining about this company at all.  I make a conclusion based on facts, too many trade this on emotion.  Yes it will do better as time goes on but nat gas prices need to be in their favor until then the returns wont be what you think they will be.
