What it signals is that SSRI likely does not intend to get involved in the financing of Brucejack and will likely be monetizing their stake (ie. selling their shares) for quite sometime creating an overhang. Not sure the motivation but perhaps the previous reserve fiasco at Pirquitas may play a role.
