The source of this gain is interesting:

* Related party transactions with Zenith, etc.
* Reduced warrant liability
* Reduction in value of Royalty Preferred Shares held by Zenith (meaning that the value of Resverlogix's 208 royalty stream has been reduced)
* Gains in foreign exchange
* Reduction in expenses

Very interesting financial management going on here.
