If you own shares - you get the option to buy more shares at a fixed price for the next 6 months.
If you don't want to buy more shares you can sell your option.
If the shares go up - this option is worth more.
If the shares go down the option is worthless.
They will set an ex-rights date - all shares owned before this date will get the option - all shares purchsed after this date will not get the option.
As of today they have not set the fixed price at which yuo can buy shares OR the ex rights date.
This is a cheap way to raise month 3% vs the typical 5% in a new share offering. Good work.
