If you own shares - you get a free 6 month option which allows to to capture any price apapreciation withitn that time period - MAINLY news from the summer dril lprogram in Sept/Oct of this year.

I am not sure many people understand this rights offering....which is odd becasue peregrine has done one of these two or three different times.
