Your rights ALLOW you to buy additional shares as a FIXED price for 6 months.

The shares aren't free....the OPTION to bud ADDITIONAL shares a a FIXED PRICE is free.

If they set the price at $.25 - and you can exchange 1 option for 1 shares - and the price of the shares is $.43....the OPTIONS shoudl trade with an intrinsic value of $.18 each ($.43-.25=$.18). THATS FREE.
